Account Information: Email address and profile details provided during authentication
(e.g., via Google Sign-in).
Content: The photos, text, and voice notes you choose to upload to create your memory weaves.
Usage Data: Diagnostic and performance data to help us improve the app and website performance.
Payment Information: Spark pack purchases on Android are processed through Google Play billing. Google handles payment details; we do not receive or store your full payment card information on our servers. Purchase records may be validated through our purchase infrastructure provider (RevenueCat).
Device Information: Data required for mobile app functionality, such as permission-based access to your camera, microphone, or photo library, used strictly for the purpose of creating your weaves.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to:
Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
Enable you to store, organize, and access your personal memories.
Process payments and send critical account-related updates.
3. Data Storage and Security
Storage: Your data is stored in secure cloud environments provided by Supabase.
Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with:
- AI Service Providers: To provide AI-assisted features (such as reflections and creative effects), we share the photos and text you upload with secure third-party AI service providers. These providers process this information strictly to perform the requested features and do not use your data to train their models.
- Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate our infrastructure (e.g., database hosts, payment processors).
- Local Data: Voice notes and audio recordings are processed and stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third-party AI providers.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our legal rights.
5. Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
You may access, export, or correct your account information at any time.
You may delete stored moments only in Settings → Delete all moments. Your account, login, and Sparks balance stay active.
You may permanently delete your account and all associated data in Settings → Delete account, at delete, or by emailing [email protected].
6. Children’s Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of any significant changes via the Service or email.
