Sparkamem lets you delete your stored memories, or permanently delete your entire account and associated data.
Option 1: Delete your moments only (keep your account)
Use this if you want to remove your memories but keep your login and Sparks balance.
- Open the Sparkamem app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete all moments
This permanently removes all moments, photos, and voice notes from the cloud and your device. Your account, login, and Sparks balance stay active.
Option 2: Delete your entire account (permanent)
Use this to permanently close your account and delete all associated data.
In the app:
- Open the Sparkamem app
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete account
- Confirm deletion
By email:
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Delete my Sparkamem account”.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login credentials
- Profile information (name, email, preferences)
- All moments, photos, voice notes, and AI-generated stories
- Labels, albums, and categories
- Your Sparks balance and usage history
- Push notification settings
What we may keep
We may retain limited information only where required by law (for example, payment records handled by our payment processor). Purchased Sparks are forfeited when an account is deleted, except where a refund is required by law.
How long deletion takes
- In-app deletion: processed immediately
- Email requests: within 30 days
