1. Introduction
Welcome to Sparkamem. By creating an account or using any Sparkamem services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Fair Use Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Sparkamem is a digital tool designed to help you curate, store, and organize personal “memory weaves”—memories composed of photos, voice notes, and text. We provide features for memory keeping, including optional AI-assisted reflections. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for the security of your sign-in method and all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
You may delete your memories through app settings. Login credentials and purchased Sparks remain unless you request account closure.
4. Your Content & Ownership
You retain full ownership of the photos, voice notes, and text you upload.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service (e.g., syncing weaves, generating reflections, and applying creative effects).
You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload your content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Payments, Sparks, & Credits
Creating and editing memories may consume “Sparks” according to the pricing shown in the Service.
Spark packs are sold as one-time in-app purchases through Google Play. Your purchase is subject to Google Play’s terms and refund policies, in addition to these Terms.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Google Play policy.
We may adjust credit pricing, pack sizes, or feature availability at our discretion.
6. Storage & Fair Use Policy
Sparkamem is built for weaving meaningful stories, not for storing your entire photo library.
Cloud Allowance: Your account includes a storage allowance based on your plan (40 MB for free accounts, plus 4 MB for every Spark ever purchased).
Usage: Storage is intended for media attached to woven memories. Repeated bulk upload-and-delete cycles (treating the app as a rotating cloud drive) are prohibited.
Inactivity: Cloud storage remains available while your account is active (at least one activity—app opening, weaving, or purchase—every 9 months).
We will send a notification to your registered email 30 days before taking any action on inactive accounts.

Enforcement: If usage violates these policies, we will provide notice and guidance. In cases of continued misuse, we may restrict uploads or syncing.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
We are not responsible for data loss. Please ensure you keep independent backups of your photos.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sparkamem is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes and Contact
